The Chili Line went to Santa Fe, but not through it. It came in from the north and stopped just past the Depot. The Santa Fe Southern (I think) was the standard gauge branch that connected with the ATSF at Lamy, NM. At one time the ATSF may have owned that branch. I'm not sure. But, I do know the narrow gauge D&RG didn't go much south of the Depot and yard.
I could be wrong, but I don't believe there are any NG rails still in place today.
