- Team Leader Dan Sandt watches as Bob Hayes sands a new oak door for the cab of Engine #483.
- Jack Heiermann carries pieces of new flooring for High-Side Gondola Car #1232. The morning train out of Chama double-headed again this morning!
- The testing tank for Maintenance of Wheels, Brakes & Safety Appliances was welded to a modified two-wheel cart at the request of Team Leader Clyde Putman. Marshall Smith modified the two-wheel cart and welded the testing tank to the cart. The tank is heavy and the cart will make it easier to move around the Chama yard.
- Carpentry Shop Team Leader Jim Hickman cut some reinforcing blocks for a bench that was falling apart on the Chama Depot dock.
- Team Leader Scott Hardy and Friends' Founder Bill Lock continue to work on the roofs of Stock Cars #5691 and #5841.
- Cletus Wander and Fred Kuhns work on their project!
- Team Leader Russ Hanscom joins a truss rod on Derrick OP.
- Bob Reib kneels (he says he was not praying!) and holds a leg while Team Leader Jim Hickman drills a hole for a screw. Actually, the bench is a "pew" out of a church as there are two hymnal racks on the back side of the bench.
