While the 484 sits at the tank (to water down the coal because it's dusty- my guess anyway), the bus leaves Antonito.

Yes, its part of the fire suppression program the C&TS has implemented. The wash down reduces the amount of 'fines' in the coal which in turn reduces the small, hot embers coming out the stack by the screen.

With train 215 arriving 20 minutes after the freight, it returned from the wye and parked in south yard out of sight of the depot cam. 489 cut off and went into the house from the south side to get to the pit.

Arrival of train 215: The 1501 grab at Cumbres on the CDoT cam showed the buses gone so the train should be in Chama by 1615 MDT.
