489 is now out at the pit and will probably be heading east this morning with the cars in the Colorado set. I will have stills and video later.

With the departure of 489 and its train of 7 cars, things should be very quiet in Chama until 16 December when the Christmas train run that weekend. I think that during the switching yesterday morning, 489 got the cars for the Christmas train together and they are on the main just south of the depot.

somewhere i read yes. I think it depends on where 15 rests for the winter. It could go in her spot in the old roundhouse. stay tuned for updates.
