Have to admit, her coal bunker was over half empty when she came in yesterday

So has a crew been called for local switching or is she headed out for some reason? Time will tell and will post stills and video later this afternoon.
463 has headed to the far end of south yard so maybe pulling the parlor and tourist from the consist?

Mid-morning Chama rail yard and all is well. Viewing in full screen modes provides a closer look, but lower quality image. Best view is from YouTube theater mode.

Locomotive 455/463 shows off its skills and muscles shuffling 14 cars around the yard. Video is acceptable in full screen, but probably better viewwed at YouTube site in theater mode. The background music came as a surprise, it was no my doings. Rather, I think that the Friends Promo Video earlier in the web page was activated and my recorder included the Sound effects with this video. https://youtu.be/cRV8OMFpgRM?t=111 The promo is a nice piece of videography.

Very frustrating this! While shunting the sidings to the side of the loco yard (mostly out of sight of the coaling stage cameras) a piece of equipment painted light blue came into view possibly mounted on a flat. It appeared to have a vertical air tank or possibly a tank for liquid as part of it. Can some-one tell me what it is please?

Rick, you have to remember that those K27's were able to handle 12 cars up the east side of the hill without assistance, so 14 on the flat would be nothing. Also looks like they are rearranging everything in south yard today..

That light blue piece of equipment could very well be one of the flangers that are stored in north yard. I will look through my shots from Chama and see if I have one of that piece of MoW equipment. I bet that you saw it being pulled from the swamp and my north cam feed froze on me so do not have that operation. The swamp is the area to the left of the ash pit in the south tipple cam view and the access switch to it is barely visible in the north cam to the right of the shot.

Looks like they are either done for the day or taking a break since the 463 is headed to the house. Stopped at the pit, so if cleaning the fire probably done.

Rick, thanks for doing those yard videos. Saves me time and effort in have to go over all my recordings for the day and get them.

I am not seeing any smoke or steam from the south side of the house so wonder if 484 and 488 have now been "put to bed" for the winter.

Viewing the action outside the west stall in full screen reveals some repair activity taking place o locomotive 463?
The best viewing experience is 1080P and full screen. The workmen are more easily spotted.

The late afternoon shadows are beginning to swallow the two engines parked in front of the engine house. I am viewing on an inexpensive 27 inch Acer monitor full screen with resolution set at 1080P. Do not see workmen making repaiars.

The picture you posted of the flanger is just what I saw although it looked very blue on the web cam. And yes it was in the yard near the coaling stage. I didn't know that that area was referred to as the swamp though!
