Morning preparations: Student train and its departure as well as the regular train
Today the students do 2 round trips to Cumbres so with the 216 and 215 we have 6 arrivals and departures to document, another busy day in Chama. If anyone is curious, the schedule for the school is here http://cumbrestoltec.com/wp-content/upl ... nerary.pdf

Student train returns from Cumbres for lunch and leaves again after lunch: The arrival caught me off guard and on the departure the north cam had frozen, so this is a hit and miss video.

I have felt like my tail was chasing my head today with all that is going on, four movements of the student train, 2 regular trains, Goose departure and 484 arriving.
Larry you missed that they put 484 right to work pulling 463 out and moving her over to the east lead.

Engineer/Fireman's School train returns from Cumbres after its afternoon run: 487 and 10 cars including 2 cabeese.

Once they yarded their train, a lot of switching was done to get ready for tomorrow. The student train will include a section for Friends who have paid to ride over to Antonito, a special treat for any Friend who could make it.
