The opening weekend is past and the railroad should now get down to its normal operating routine for the next months. We will get double headers at times but now most days will see a K36 take a 7 or maybe 8 car train 216 out of Chama.

Seems late today - hope nothing too serious is wrong.

It cleared Cumbres sometime around 5:20 pm local. I am thinking, which will be confirmed once 215 gets in, that they are doing the locomotive swap at Osier, so 484 will come back to Chama while 463 returns to Antonito. Normal run Cumbres to Chama is about 75 minutes. Looks like I was wrong on the swap.
