489 back in the house

#15 was fired up early this morning and pushed #489 back into the engine house. The forklift went over and picked up her plow, so it looks like she'll be getting primped for her 2017 debut. :smiley16:

With the plow back on, 489 is basically ready since the tender has been on all winter and still has half a load of coal. Could see her steam up any time.

The depot cam seems to show that 488's tender has been moved close to the south door on the east stall.
