Guess not, right at 8 am local the school train departed for Antonito.

Again Chama has no operational steam locomotives in town and tonight will only have the 489 when it comes in on 215.

Quiet in the yard right now. Guess they are waiting on the arrival of the 5. Anyone know when 315 is due.

Here's an aside while you're all waiting for more train action - the Google Earth view of Chama has been updated.

#483 can be seen in the North Yard so must be after 6/15/16, and the extended wye is a sight to behold.

Apologies if this has been noted already - couldn't find anything.

Arrival of train 215: 489 and 7 cars, did not see anything on the cam at Cumbres so good bet for 7 cars.

315 runs on the Durango & Silverton this weekend 18th - 20th, so my guess they will get over to Chama maybe Tuesday at the earliest. Goose 5 I don't see anything else on their schedule, so I guess could arrive anytime.

After the morning departures it was a very quiet day in Chama, no locomotives around to service. I was kind of hoping they'd fire up #15 just to give us something to watch!!

315 will come in Monday from Durango. #5 IIRC on Tuesday
