Work by the water tower

I anyone on the ground in Chama could check out what they are doing up by the water tower on the house lead side would be nice to know.

Seems they cleared more brush today, unfortunately the North cam froze on me and I didn't see anything down that way for most of the afternoon. Would also be interested if someone local could let us know what's really happening.
