Who is "Tim?"

Unread postby Jason Rose » Tue May 31, 2016 9:47 am

An observant viewer noticed someone set something (rocks?) on the sandpit posts that spells out "Tim."

Come on, Tim. Fess up. Who are you?

Good catch guys! I never noticed that and I certainly don't need any more notoriety.

I just found out about the web cams on the FCT site and it was about my third day watching them when I saw the guy on the sand pit wall. I thought he was just taking pictures, but them he put these little yellow things on the top of the pilings and left. It wasn't until two days later that I realized they formed letters. Not knowing about the forums, I sent an email to the address on the FCT page and got an answer back thanking me and mentioning the forums. So, here I am. Maybe someday I'll have enough vacation to come back there (from Southern California) and pitch in on a Workday.

Another name to throw into the hat is William Diehl as he was there too. Plus he likes blue denim!

What he's placing on the posts sort of look like spikes.

I know the "T" wasn't there long enough to be designated as a National Historic Landmark by the United States National Park Service, but that person kinda messed up.

And, now people will wonder what IM means.
