There are 3 hot and ready to go for the up coming season this morning. Also there is a fresh dusting of snow on the Cumbres Pass.

Other then trips to the pit and tank, I don't think we will see much activity in Chama today. Depot cam will continue to show the crews stocking the train for tomorrow.

489 sure looks sharp in its new paint! Noticed it yesterday at the pit and now today as it heads over to the coal dock.

489 just headed out of the yard light, perhaps another check run up to Cumbres?

487 was going for water and stopped short of the tower and now the crew is looking at something near the front on the fireman's side.

Looking at the recording, 487 stopped on the way back after getting water. Whatever the issue they have been there a while. Better today than tomorrow for sure!

484 and 487 do a reposition move so 487 can get into the west stall so they can fix whatever is wrong.

489 is back from its jaunt up to Cumbres and has gone to the back of the house after spinning the wye. Also noticed that several crew member have remained at the spot where 487 had its problems and seem to be working on the track. 487 has now moved back to the east lead.

The crew seems to have finished the track work they were doing by the water tower and 489 is now getting serviced after its earlier run.
