3-18-16 Speeders

I've been wondering for a while - is that a pair of Speeders under the tree by the Freight Warehouse ?

Seems to be and they are on the ground not on tracks.

Two speeders and a cart, I think. I built a motor for one last year (runs great) :-) I don't know why they aren't on the rails.
