Yard is bathed in sunshine as 484 prepares for today's 216.

CDOT has changed the web links. You will need to re-link to them. Message on the Cumbres Cam link today and new link & photos here:

Just FYI - I've notified Jason about the CDOT cams, may take a few days until he can get around to putting up the new links, hopefully will be able to get the links back updated soon, and cams back on our cam page. Thanks for your patience.

484 pulls the 216 out towards a beautiful day in the High Country.

New Camera format has 3 dots under picture to move view to pavement and Coxo. After the MOW water tanker was up there last week we see another kind passing today in later view. :grin:

489 has come out of the engine house and is at the ash pit. Looks like she's the one who will be on the Sunset Extra this evening.

Ooops. I may have been wrong about 489 on the Sunset. I will have to keep watching.

Also, the 215 seems to be running on time.

We have 487 and 489 sitting in front of the engine house and 45 minutes until 215 arrives and gets ready to go out again at 5 with the sunset train. We usually have the engine for the evening train getting ready by now.

The dinner train has backed back into the yard! Must be mechanical issue swapping out locos. Underway with new loco at 5:39.

Thanks for letting us know. Wow. I was rooting for 487 to go back to full "workhorse" duty soon.

On the good side, the people on the train get to do more railroading than expected. A bonus.

After the swap 487 goes to the ash pit. Then 487 is moved to outside of #4 stall. No idea yet of the issue.
