488 on the point as 216 leaves only 5 minutes late after the substitution. Folks wave at the tipple cam on the way out of yard. Nice to have reserve power ready!

Once again it's time for your daily video review. The day started early this morning with the Railfan Days Charter run by Chama Steam. Looks like they have a good group on the charter. Train 216 left 5 minutes late after a last minute locomotive switchout. Looked like a light load today, but that's likely expected on a Monday as we head into the time of year after summer vacations, and before we get to the fall. Let's hope it's only a light day here and there. Train 215 returned right about on time. Another busy day in the life of this little railroad.

08-10-15 Railfan Days Charter left a bit before 7am, with a stop near the tipple - I think just to reset the switch behind them. Will post a dual screen version as well as single screen here.

08-10-15 #489 looked ready to take out this mornings train, until about 9:30 when 488 came out and took on water and coal. Crew changed over while sitting for coal. Train left only 5 minutes late -- another well done job by the shop and train crews.
