Over the years I have seen them both in the same tree but sitting together on the same limb almost touching is a 1st for me. I was able to get some shots from 3 different locations for this set.

Excellent shots Roger! It seems very rare to see two birds sitting together like that. I believe I have only seen it once or twice with the eagles around here. Almost time for me to go visit some nests for the season.
