October 21, 2015, C&TSRR Commission Meeting

The video clips from the recent C&TSRR Commission Meeting are now available at

Included are the Agenda, and Sam Seiber's notes.

The meeting did not follow the Agenda as presented, with topics being addressed out of sequence in several instances. The video clips are presented in the order the meeting was held. No material was deleted except for the duration the Commission was in Executive Session.

Many thanks to Sam Seiber for helping me record the meeting by providing the "second unit' camerawork, helping set up and tear down the recording equipment, as well as his written notes.
