that the Friends' 2022 work schedule is now posted. Now is the time to start identifying and recruiting potential new volunteers among people in your circles so they can schedule vacations and make whatever other needed arrangements in order to contribute labor this year in Chama, Antonito or points in between. As a team leader of one project and a longtime member of another, I think it's really helpful to have fellow team members lined up and briefed well in in advance, whether experienced hands or new blood.
