Stock pens signage

The milepost and whistle board crew has a request to replace an existing informational sign at the stock pens. We'll be trying to duplicate its appearance but materials likely will vary as we try to slow the weather deterioration evident on the existing sign. From photos, it seems that the current sign was installed circa 2004 or somewhat earlier. As with the video-in-use signs installed this year in the Chama yard, we'll fabricate the stock pens sign during the off season and take it to Chama to install it during 2017's C work session. BTW, the faint blue images across the bottom of the current sign were from Friends bumper sticks that now are hardly visible.
