Some of the "C" session MOW crew came across this June 2013 meet of the afternoon westbound and the school train, which was in the hole on the Los Pinos siding, as we hiked back to our vehicle after working a couple of mileposts to the east. That work didn't involve as much effort as we anticipated because a large-caliber bullet hole through the the back of one of those MPs was no longer to be found after it was first observed several years ago. Either the "D" session's MOW crew or RR personnel filled the hole at some point since then, or our crew member who saw it while on a solo recon hike on his first year with the crew imagined it. Since I'm the one who saw it, I'm pretty sure it's the former.
