Cascade Trestle redecking

Anybody know when Cascade Trestle's deck was last rebuilt?
The MOW crew is trying to date a photo (http://bit.ly/GzMSeV) and it looks like it was taken some time ago and before the trestle's deck was rebuilt.
If you recognize the particular photo or the train it shows, a white-flagged 488 pulling a westbound over Cascade, and can provide the date of the photo, that'd be even better.
We don't have rights to the photo so I can't post it here.
