I haven't done one of these in a while, but I recently had some free time to continue working on the footage I shot last fall in Narrow Gauge Country. Here are a few clips of the Osier Stock Pens photo shoot that Lerro set up. The intention was to actually load some of the cattle into a stock car. But, there was a problem with the ramp that couldn't be overcome in the time we had. I'm sure the cows were relieved!
Opening Day on the C&T is this weekend!

Thanks Tom.
It was a bit surreal to see cattle in those pens. I don't think that's happened since the 60's... or maybe the 50's.
I'd love to see this happen more often. Maybe haul some cattle up from Chama or Lobato to Osier? Or maybe just Chama to Lobato and back. Sure would make for some neat photographs and a unique way to recreate history.

Cool! Just add Ed Stabler singing "Get-a-long little doggie" in the back ground and it'll go straight to number 1.

IIRC, the Friends help fix them up so the could be used again. Back in the 70's they weren't in such good shape when I was there.
