Craig, the new sign is a little ways from the current phone booth but apparently right where the original phone booth was located. We determined the location for the sign based on a) the valuation map and b) field work in 2011 and 2014: Mike Mahoney located what he believed to be a wire splice for the call box, which would have connected the phone lead to the main telephone wire. In the Forum's section on C work session, I previously posted a photo of the newly planted sign and Mike nearby taking a photo of the remnant of the cable splice sticking up from the ground. IIRC, it's within a dozen or so feet of the newly planted sign. I posted the sign picture today because I thought we'd want something on the sign in the Forum section on Lava.
