OK, I have downloaded Monday from Drop Box and will process them as soon as I can. Things are busy in Chama with Goose 5 in town, 315 coming back on its 'Chili' run and regular stuff.

A big thank you to the person that chopped down that darn bush by the ash pit! Now we can see everything!

I present to you, MONDAY:

The Antonito session is underway and you can't do anything these days with a laptop to do your 'paperwork'

Nor can any work session begin without the Monday morning safety meeting

Well to do the work you need to see, so up go more lights

Mary Jane is selling celandars and other stuff for the friends as the session begins

Looks like Mary Jane is trying to get someone's attention

A steady hand is needed to work the band saw

Do I know what this is, no, but looks like these gentlemen are doing a good job fabricating it. After looking further, I think this is the frame to the door.

Most everything in these old cars is made of wood, so one needs to know how to work with this medium

That carefully cut wood now goes into fabrication the door

A stock car door by the looks of it is ready for painting and installation

Monday continued:

Looks like a little consultation is underway in the new leanto storage area

Everything needs a good coat of paint so he is applying primer

Monday's lunch is underway and at least the Antonito crew gets to eat inside. Last year the tent at Chama almost got blown away while we were eating by a sudden storm.

Oh wow, more wood has arrived

This set of trucks looks almost finished

We would say that this beauty is ready for prime time under one of the restored cars

I found the bush by the ash pit annoying too, so I picked up a pair of loppers at Home Depot after I picked up my rental car in Albuquerque. Swung by Chama just about the time 215 arrived, then headed over to Antonito for the work session.

Thanks Robert for getting rid of that bush. When our team was weed spraying and weed wacking before opening day, we had planned to cut down all of the brush and bushes shown in the south camera range but we ran out of time. Looks good now.
