Chris says the Friends bought them new, and thankfully they bought four, so we have enough for the latest Gramps tanker we got last year.

Looking at the pictures, I thought that they were new since they had a bar coded stock sticker on them.

Chris says that the custom made spring pack adaptor was custom made back in Pennsylvania near his work and each one weighs about 300#. He lugs another one out here for session G so it should go a lot faster now that the learning curve is (hopefully) over.
