Problem with 463?

I have been watching the activities at the Chama yard via the web cams and I have noticed that there seems to be a lot of work being done on 463, particularly what appears to be in the area of the air pump. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

There have been some minor but nagging problems on the airpump.
