There still appears to be a glitch (high-tech internet term) where you might receive a reply that "you are not authorized to download this attachment." I know Jason is working on that issue, but if you should have this problem (I do, using Mac's Safari browser), try a different browser (Firefox works just fine for me...) and it should work.
