To the editors,
I have two questions about the very nice (color!) shot on the Dispatch. One, is there a photographer credit somewhere? Two, am I right that the shot was taken at Tanglefoot Curve at about MP330, looking westward (compass)?
Again, well done and much appreciated. That applies to the whole issue.

Roger, Linda, Paul, John, Craig,
Thank you for your kind comments though in truth, recognition should be given to the many who contribute to the Dispatch. From the article authors, to those who let us use their photographs, to the staff in Albuquerque who proof read the issues for us. The Dispatch is a group effort which in effect echoes the team mentality of our entire organization.
As long as Friends members are kind enough to contribute, the Dispatch can only improve.
There are many members quietly working on projects, projects that seem to the public’s eye to just magically appear out of thin air when they are completed. The more we can stop “hiding our light under a bushel” and report on those projects and all that Friends do, the better understanding the public will have of the organization hopefully leading to an increase in membership and donations. A goal of the Dispatch is to play a part in letting the world know what the Friends accomplish.
