Posted: Wed Jun 01, 2016 12:38 pmWhy is the commission rebuilding another RPO car when Don Bayer completely rebuilt one already? Wouldn't the money and time be better spent on another varnish car the railroad doesn't already have? How about a baggage car for instance.
