As that speeder sat on the coal tipple ramp, I was wondering about that construction around it. Is it a roll cage or for attaching equipment that the crew may need. Maybe both???

While riding 215 today, there was a speeder parked at Sublette with chains attached at each corner and then connect together on the roof with what appeared to be a lifting ring. Maybe this is another variation of that.
