I understand that are going to try and use it this year 2020,Anybody no when.

Andy, the intention is to use OY as part of a special charter on February 29th & March 1st, pushed by locomotives 487 and 484. 484 was in steam yesterday and 487 is also basically ready, so we may more of 484 today and 487 next week.
I have heard that they are planning more winter runs with OY, and also during the summer. Watch this space...

What time will they get the snow blower going Saturday the 29 and where will it be working at.

It will be working North out of Chama to who knows where it will end up. Here is the time line for Saturday.

Saturday, February 29, 2020
Breakfast: St Patrick Parish Hall, 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. catered by Fina's Diner.
Briefing 8:15 a.m. at the Chama Depot w/group photo. Board luxury motor coaches at the Chama Depot.
Lunch delivered en route to buses.
Dinner, St. Patrick Parish Hall, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Toltec Gorge Catering.
Night photo session in the Chama yard, 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
