Double header on the Friday of session E

Unread postby Sharon Evans » Wed Aug 09, 2017 12:12 pm

Train 216 was 9 cars long on the last day of session E and work basically stopped everywhere in the yard to watch this train pull out of Chama with helper 489 and 463 as the road locomotive. I actually was happy that this happened since I was riding 215 from Antonito back to Chama the next day.

There have been question about the 'orange' thing on the railing of the parlor cars. This is a good close up of the water tank attached to the railing.
