That time of the year is approaching for our annual Spring Banquet. This year we will be gathering at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque. This is a special and very unique venue and we have a wonderful evening planned.

Our meal, the “Grand Buffet” will consist of; Baby Romaine with Shredded Carrots, Slow Roasted Pork Loin in Rosemary Demi Sauce, Baked Salmon with Fruit Salsa, Cilantro Rice, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Vegetables, Pueblo Oven Bread, Sliced fresh Fruit with Iced Tea, Coffee and Hot Tea Service. Our group will be served in the ambience of the “Pottery & Private Dining Room” on the second floor of the Center with a panoramic view of the Sandia Mountains!

Our special guest speaker for the evening will be Mr. Al Harper, President & Owner of American Heritage Railways in Durango. We are sure you will all want to hear what Mr. Harper has to say as American Heritage begins their tenure of operating the Cumbres & Toltec! Please make your reservations by calling our Albuquerque Office at 505-880-1311 by Friday March 16, 2012.

A block of rooms have been set aside at the Holiday Inn Express across the street at 2300 12th Street NW. Their telephone number is 505-842-2500. The Friends group rate is $89/night. The Board of Director’s Meeting will be held on Saturday March 24th beginning at 8:30am at the Holiday Inn Express.

Join us for a fun filled evening and the camaraderie of being with fellow Friends members!
