Online Friends meeting this Thursday

Unread postby Greg Coit » Mon Apr 05, 2021 8:03 am

Hi all,

This Thursday, April 5th, at 6 pm MDT, Dave Adams will be presenting a history of the D&RGW in Chama, NM. This is an expanded presentation of one Dave did at a recent NNGC. I've seen this presentation and learned a great deal and really enjoyed it.

Details for the meeting are in the member's only section of the forum. Or send me a message and I'll reply with the zoom details.

See you then!

That's good! Because after being at the meeting via Zoom, after an hour & half, I had to leave the meeting - and being on EST, too.

Hi Farol,

I recognize that starting the meeting at 8 PM ET is pretty darn late. We're trying to find a happy medium where our west coast folks can attend as well.

Regards

It was a good time, Greg, it's just that the program was more than an hour. Personally, I found the photos were very interesting, but the part with the printed charts, did not interest me, and that in turn made the program over 1-1/2 hours. So, at 9:30 EST, I had to sign off.
