487 is looking nice after last year's rebuild. Notice the tender boards and stack for the flanger run. Big thank you to Marvin and the Antonito staff.

Old age is catching up with me, were the number boards taken off last year or is that something new.

I hope the coal boards they did for the 487 are also done for the rest of the K-36's--looks great and its the way the looked in service on the D&RGW. Also very nice to see the number boards get numbers this year! 487 looks like a million bucks. Great work by all involved.

Great pics Joe! I have received a number of very positive comments from the charter. Those that rode expressed their appreciation for the Friends and our efforts. It was a good weekend.

I'd like to second that. it was a very good weekend. The Friends planned some great places for pictures and an interesting consist to photograph, the C&TS staff went out of their way to make things happen, and Holly, Bob and Tim kept us well fed and caffeinated!
